- System Information Updates
- To ensure our local support team is always available during emergencies, support will not perform data entry for system information such as menus, employees, etc. following the go-live.
- For system information changes, there is an hourly charge of $135.
- Our support team is always happy to help walk a restaurant through system functionality whenever needed without charge.
- Complimentary Replacements on Physical Damage – Replacements will cost no more than 75% of the current hardware market value if there is physical damage.
Purchased hardware comes with a 1 year warranty on non-physical damage that begins on the location installation date.
